Leesa Terry moved to Brunswick County in 2000 from rural Ohio. What attracted her was literally being surrounded by water, the small town charm, and being close to two large cities (Wilmington & Myrtle Beach).

She has over 15 years of sales experience and founded Loggerhead Realty in 2002. Her focuses include first time home buyers, investment property, and 1031 exchange property. Her in-depth knowledge of the area, high standards of ethics, and an honest approach has produced multi-millions in production.

She enjoys spending time on the water, is an avid sport fisher, and has recently brought her first billfish to the boat. Absolutely can not spend enough time with her family and loves a good football game!
