James Setzer:

James initially came to the Wilmington area to attend UNC-W.
After graduating with a degree in Environmental Science he moved back to Morganton, NC
to take a job with BASF Corp. After spending 20 years with BASF in Morganton
the opportunity to relocated back to the beautiful Brunswick County coast presented itself.

Jamesnow resides in Sunset Harbor with his wife Kathy and daughter Deana.
He enjoys reading, golf, boating and spending time with his family.

James’s goal as a broker is to ensure customer satisfaction and to be honest and straightforward in all real estate transactions.
